The 3rd Annual HBCU All-Star Game took place on the stunning campus of Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ, on Sunday, April 7, 2024. The sold-out event was held inside the state-of-the-art GCU Arena and broadcast live on the CBS Television Network.

This historic celebration of Black College Basketball at its highest level showcased the best HBCU players in the country, featuring top talent from the four Historically Black Athletic Conferences. The MEAC & SIAC faced off against players from the SWAC & CIAA, alongside standout teams from Tennessee State, Hampton, and North Carolina A&T State Universities.

Who We Are

Founded by Travis L. Williams in 2019, HBCU All-Stars is a black-owned sports marketing, events, and media company focused on “Advocating, Educating, Exposing, Mentoring, & Investing in Hard-working, Talented, Ambitious Student-Athletes & Brilliant Coaches at Our Distinguished Historical Black Colleges & Universities (HBCUs)”.  In 2022, The First Ever HBCU All-Star Game and Ancillary Events was hosted in New Orleans. 

Through our connections and events, we aim to showcase The Best in Black College Basketball and bring much needed exposure, visibility, & recognition to outstanding, talented, and hard-working HBCU student-athletes, and brilliant coaches.
